Why traditional therapy alone isn’t enough

You’re doing everything right… but it’s not translating outside the therapy room.

Progress doesn’t always translate into real life. And with insurance limitations, especially within Medicare, there are gaps in care that are hard to bridge. Your clients need more than isolated exercises. They need connection, consistency, and real-world practice.

This is for you if…

  • You’re an SLP, OT, PT, COTA, PTA, SLPA, music therapist, fitness professional, or wellness provider working with Parkinson’s or adult neuro populations
  • You feel like traditional therapy isn’t fully carrying over into real life
  • You want your clients to actually enjoy showing up, not feel like they have to
  • You’re ready to build something more engaging, energizing, and community-based
  • You’re looking for a new way to grow your practice beyond one-on-one sessions

Why I Created Voice Fit

I’m a speech-language pathologist. For years I did everything I was trained to do, and it still wasn’t always carrying over into real life.

Then local Parkinson’s organizations asked me to speak. Public speaking was my biggest fear. I said yes anyway.

In those rooms I noticed something. So many people with a new diagnosis had no idea that swallowing and voice changes could happen. They only found out after things had progressed.

So I asked: what if they knew sooner? What if they learned swallowing precautions and voice exercises early, and knew exactly where to go for help?

Knowing removes the fear. It empowers them, and it empowers us as clinicians to offer something that truly helps, even when insurance has run out.

That’s where Voice Fit came from: a group people actually want to show up for.

What is Voice Fit?

A group class that blends voice, movement, breathwork, rhythm, and connection into something people actually enjoy showing up for. It’s structured and repeatable, so you can lead it the same way every week.

Clients feel more confident using their voice, more connected to others, and more motivated to keep going.

And you’re no longer the only source of accountability. The group becomes the reason they show up.

Why Voice Fit Works

It’s not just about the exercises. It’s about the experience. When people are part of something energizing, supportive, and consistent, they show up differently: louder, more engaged, and more willing to try. Carryover doesn’t have to be forced. It happens naturally.

Repetition with purpose
The same core skills, practiced in a way that feels meaningful, not repetitive.

Movement + voice together
Skills integrated the way they happen in real life.

Built-in motivation
The group becomes the reason people show up, not just the clinician.

Consistency through community
When people feel connected, they come back. And that’s where progress happens.

This is where therapy starts to carry over into real life.

THE VOICE FIT DIFFERENCE FOR YOUR PRACTICE

It changes how your practice feels to run.

This doesn’t just change the experience for your clients…

Instead of relying only on one-on-one sessions… you start building something that:

Supports more people at once
Without sacrificing quality or connection

Creates consistency and retention
Because clients actually want to come back

Builds a reputation in your community
As someone offering something different, engaging, and impactful

Generates an additional stream of income
Through a model that isn’t limited to traditional therapy structures

Fills the gap when therapy access is limited
So your clients don’t feel stuck when visits run out

And over time…

You’re not just managing a caseload.
You’re leading something people talk about.
Something people refer others to.
Something that feels aligned, sustainable, and actually enjoyable to run.

This is where your work starts to grow beyond sessions.

Create the Program

You Wish Existed

MODULE 1

See What’s Possible

You’ll start thinking differently about what your work can look like.

Instead of only relying on one-on-one sessions, you’ll begin to see how a group model can support your clients in a more consistent, engaging way.

This is where things start to click.

MODULE 2

Learn the Flow

You’ll learn exactly how a Voice Fit class is structured.

How to blend voice, movement, rhythm, and connection into something that feels natural, not forced.

So instead of guessing what to do, you have a clear, repeatable flow you can follow.

MODULE 3

Build Your Group

This is where it becomes yours.

You’ll start mapping out your own Voice Fit class based on your setting, your clients, and your style.

Simple, realistic steps to get it started without overcomplicating it.

By the End of These 3 Modules…

You won’t just understand Voice Fit

You’ll have:
• A clear framework you can use again and again
• Your first class mapped out and ready to run
• The confidence to actually lead it

And more importantly…

You’ll feel different about your work.

More creative.
More energized.
More aligned with the kind of impact you want to make.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

If you’ve been reading this and thinking…

“What do I tell my client when insurance denies more visits?”

“What do I tell someone who is sitting on my waitlist and needs support now?”

“What happens when therapy ends, but the need doesn’t?”

“Why are we only helping people after problems arise instead of creating opportunities for connection, practice, and prevention?”

Support shouldn’t wait until problems begin.
And it shouldn’t disappear when services do.

When insurance runs out.
When visits are denied.
When waitlists grow.
When someone is discharged but still wants support.

People still need connection.
They still need accountability.
They still need opportunities to use their voice, move their bodies, and stay engaged in their community.

This is your opportunity to build that bridge

Voice Fit gives you a practical, repeatable way to create meaningful programs that support people before, during, and beyond traditional speech therapy.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Common questions

Do I need group experience?
No. The course is built for clinicians who have never run a wellness group. You get a clear, repeatable class flow and your first class mapped out.

Is this billed to insurance?
No. Voice Fit groups are wellness programming, so there are no billing codes and no paperwork to chase.

Do I need my own liability insurance?
Yes. Instructors lead classes under their own license and their own liability insurance. Voice Fit and Aligned Horizons Therapy are not affiliated with your coverage.

If I get certified, do I work for Voice Fit?
No. Like any other certification, you add it to your professional knowledge and bring it to your own workplace or practice. You can use the Voice Fit branding and backing, and you set your own pricing for your classes.

How long does it take?
The course includes more than 3 hours of video instruction, and it is growing. Go at your own pace.

Do I get CEUs?
CE hours are self-reported, with a certificate of completion. Voice Fit is not an approved CE provider, so check with your licensing board.
